JUDICIARY Latest Features

The Chief Inspector of Courts, Hon. Justice Stephen Musota, carried out inspections at the Wobulenzi Magistrates' Court and Matugga Magistrates' Courts. 

The Chief Inspector was accompanied by HW Dorothy Lwanga Ssempala, Deputy Inspector and HW Catherine Nankanja, Magistrate Grade I Research. 

He was received by HW Kyomuhangi Happy, the Senior Magistrate Grade I at Wobulenzi and HW Praise Ahurira, Magistrate Grade I at Matugga.

The purpose of the visit was to guide the Judicial Officers on the core functions of the Judiciary, amongst which to adjudicate cases, customer satisfaction and transparency. He emphasized the principles of Case Management, Performance, Discipline, Integrity and Availability. 

The Chief Inspector interacted with court users at both courts who appreciated the commitment of the Judiciary to improve court services.
